The venue
One estate. 1,200 acres to yourselves.
The Summit House sits at the highest point of the Highline ranch in the hills above Buellton. Below it: a lake with a lawn for the ceremony, a ridge-top zipline platform for the photos, and the whole Santa Ynez Valley laid out for the sunset.
It's furnished, private, and yours for the day — or the weekend. No fixed hours, no house band, no other event down the hall.

How it works
We bring the place. You bring your people.
Highline is the venue, not the planner. You choose your own caterer, bar, florist, photographer and coordinator — we'll hand you names and numbers of the people who know the hill — and we keep the estate ready, help with setup and clean-up, and run the shuttle.

Park at base camp. We'll bring you up.
Guests park free at Highline base camp on Highway 246 in Buellton and ride the shuttle to the lake and the summit. Vendor vehicles, limos and buses can drive up — there are no road restrictions.
Year-round. We plan each wedding around the forecast with you, and the grand room is the indoor plan if the weather turns.
