Cancellation Policy for Standard Tour Reservations

Reschedule
Reservations may be rescheduled for an alternate date/time (subject to availability) only if the request is made 48 hours or more before the originally scheduled tour date and time. This ensures our guides and staff are prepared well enough in advance for the upcoming tours.
All Sales Are Final.
Any changes to reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for store credit or may be rescheduled for another day/time, depending on availability.
Reservations are transferable to other guests, including store credit redemption codes. Store Credit never expires and can be applied to any activity.
Cancellations due to Weather: We will run tours in cold or mildly rainy weather. Tours will be canceled in unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, and/or thunderstorms. If tours are canceled due to weather conditions we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule the reservation for a later date. No refunds will be issued, except under special circumstances with management approval.
Tour Ineligibility: Refunds will not be issued if guests are deemed ineligible for participation upon arrival. It is the guests responsibility to review all participant requirements for the selected tour prior to booking.
