FAQs

What are the age/size requirements? Ziplines: Ages 10+ and 75-275 lbs. Adventure Park: 48" tall minimum. Skynet Playground: 4 feet tall. We can accommodate mixed groups with different activities!

What if weather is bad? Full refund or rain check for weather cancellations. We only close for extreme winds or lightning. Light rain? We play on—kids love it!

How do we handle students afraid of heights? Our guides are trained in encouragement techniques. We have ground-level activities and the Protea tour for those who prefer to keep feet on the ground. No student is ever forced to participate.

Is lunch available? We have picnic areas available. Many groups bring bag lunches or arrange catering. We're happy to provide local restaurant recommendations too!
