A fully enclosed net playground suspended in the old oak grove at Basecamp in Buellton: tunnels, pods and bridges of cord netting that you bounce, balance, crawl and climb through at your own pace, with Skynet Guides on hand. Sessions last up to 90 minutes and start every half hour, for explorers ages 2 and up — kids $20, adults $10.

Netted aerial exploration among the oak canopy, featuring sensory components that challenge participants to bounce, balance, crawl and climb through the course.

  • Spend up to 90 minutes with a maximum of 25 guests per timeslot

  • Must wear closed-toe and flat sole shoes (no crocs)
  • Dress appropriate for the weather, tie back long hair, remove loose accessories and sharp objects.
  • Must weigh less than 300 pounds
  • Must have use of both arms and legs
  • Pregnant women may not participate
  • Must adhere to all course rules and guide instruction

Every single material utilized in its construction boasts an impressive 5 to 1 safety ratio, meaning it can withstand five times the anticipated load. Furthermore, all components rigorously adhere to ASTM 2375 building standards and the entire structure is ACCT certified, guaranteeing compliance with the highest industry benchmarks for aerial adventure parks. And for added peace of mind, all materials are fire-rated. This meticulous attention to detail means you can completely immerse yourself in the excitement, knowing that every precaution has been taken so you can focus solely on having fun.

Timely Inspections

Beyond our robust construction and material standards, Highline Adventures prioritizes ongoing operational safety through rigorous inspections and comprehensive staff training. Before leading any tour, every guide undergoes a demanding series of in-house training courses. This extensive program covers course-specific requirements from the manufacturer, demanding a clear demonstration of knowledge of all systems and procedures. Guides are also thoroughly trained and tested on their ability to perform rescue procedures effectively and must obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification. Complementing this internal expertise, the Skynet Playground is subject to a multi-layered inspection regimen, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual third-party inspections, ensuring an independent and objective assessment of all safety protocols and equipment.

When should I arrive?

PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you on another tour that same day, depending on availability. However, if we are unable to accommodate no refunds will be issued.

Do I have to sign a waiver?

All participants must sign a waiver prior to starting an activity. We recommend signing prior to arrival by following the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, arrive onsite early to sign at Basecamp.

Can I bring my phone or camera onto the nets?

There will be plenty of opportunities for photographs throughout the tour. Due to the high risk that personal devices will be dropped and/or broken, we have universal lanyards available for rent or purchase at the front desk. Without a lanyard we HIGHLY recommend leaving your device in your vehicle. Staff will be unable to retrieve devices left behind. Cameras are only permitted if using a neck strap attachment. Highline Adventures is not responsible for lost, stolen, broken, or damaged personal property.

Where can I leave my belongings?

There are baskets available at Basecamp for guests to leave personal belongings in to avoid the risk of losing or damaging items like phones, keys, wallets, purses on the tour.

Are there restrooms on the course?

There are no restrooms on the course or up in the hills, so checking in early and taking care of business at Basecamp is highly recommended.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible to be rescheduled or receive store credit for a future booking. Bookings can be transferable. For more info please visit our cancellation policy page.

Be Prepared

Closed-toe, flat-soled shoes, nothing sharp or loose in your pockets, and a layer for the oak shade. Check in at Basecamp.

  • Be sure to arrive on time!
  • Follow the link in your email to sign your waiver ahead of time
  • Dress appropriately for the weather
  • Close-toed shoes are required
  • Dress as if you’re going for a hike
  • Pants or longer shorts are recommended for comfort
  • Long hair must be tied back
  • Sunglasses and hats can be worn at your own discretion
  • Do not wear loose accessories or dangly jewelry
  • Sessions last up to 90 minutes; plan meals accordingly
  • Water provided – more concessions coming soon!
