Confirm headcount early. Guides plan rotation groups around real numbers — a rough estimate two weeks out beats an exact one two days out.
Decide single-activity or mixed-day. A 20-person team can do one thing well. A 60-person team almost always wants two or three running in parallel.
Book well ahead. Highline runs reservation-only, and weekend and summer dates fill fast.
