Reservation Policy for Private Events & Group Tours

Thank you for considering a group tour with us! Please review the following reservation policy carefully to ensure a seamless booking process:

Advance Reservations

Reservations must be made in advance for Large Groups with 8 or more people, or for Private Tours that are scheduled outside of regular business hours.

Reservations made 60+ days in advance:

  – A deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required to hold and confirm your group tour reservation.

The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the scheduled tour date.

Reservations made >30 days in advance:

– The total balance is due in full at time of booking.


All Sales Are Final

– If for any reason you must cancel the reservation, we will do our best to reschedule your group depending on availability. However, once a payment is made it is non-refundable.


– Refunds will not be issued if guests are denied participation due to ineligibility upon arrival. It is your responsibility to ensure all guests meet the requirements for the scheduled activities before securing the reservation.


Changes to Reservations

Any modifications to your group tour reservation can be made up to 30 days before the scheduled tour date. The final balance will reflect any of those changes made.


Within 30 days of the scheduled tour, any changes made will be ineligible for a refund. In some cases additional fees may apply.


Special Exceptions for School Groups

We recognize the unique circumstances surrounding school groups. Therefore, special exceptions to the above policies may be granted for school groups on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any specific needs or considerations.

Please note:

– All reservations and changes must be communicated in writing, either through email or our booking platform, to ensure clarity and accuracy.

– We strongly recommend confirming all details and ensuring the availability of all participants before making a reservation to avoid potential inconveniences.

– Our tours may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or emergencies. In such cases, we will communicate with the group’s primary contact to discuss the best course of action.

– Participants with chronic medical conditions, concerns, or previous injuries we strongly suggest consulting your doctor before participating in this activity. Please let your guide know if you require a fast acting medication and have such on hand.
