Cancellation Policy for Standard Tour Reservations

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have instituted the following cancellation policy to cater to those needs while also ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Reservations may be rescheduled for an alternate date/time (subject to availability) only if the request is made 48 hours or more before the originally scheduled tour date and time. This ensures our guides and staff are prepared well enough in advance for the upcoming tours.



Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible to be rescheduled or receive store credit for a future booking.  Bookings are transferrable. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. 


Cancellations due to Weather

We will not cancel tours due to cold weather or light rain showers. Management may cancel tours because of  unsafe weather conditions such as heavy winds, heavy rains, and/or potential thunderstorms. If tours are canceled because of unsafe weather conditions we will reach out as soon as possible and the opportunity to reschedule or receive store credit.
Please note:

– All cancellations must be communicated through email, our booking platform, or by phone to ensure accuracy.

– The time of cancellation will be determined based on the timestamp of the email or phone call.

– Store credit is transferable and never expires.
